Designed with Igloo’s Cool Riser Technology® and MaxCold® insulated body and lid, the extra high-capacity (it can fit up to 256 cans!) Igloo XL 142L hardside cooler has been tested to provide up to 7 days of ice retention (igloocoolers.com/testing)! Plus, it features a full suite of event-ready features — from UV inhibitors (for protection from the sun), comfort-grip swing-up handles and an easy-to-use drain plug so you can get rid of melted ice at the end of the day.

all sales are subject to 6% sales tax and a 25% refundable deposit which is refunded upon pick up

Cancellation policy Rentals may be canceled for free (by the customer) 24 hours in advance of the event date due to impending weather ONLY.  other cancellations are subject to cancellation fees as follows

72 hours prior to event - 75% refund + security deposit

48 hours prior to event 65% refund + security deposit

24 hours prior to event 50% refund + security deposit

Day of event no refund will be provided except for the security deposit of 25%

Rental rates are for 8 hours pre deliveries and late pick ups may be possible however it is not guaranteed and will be based upon availability.

ALL RENTALS MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO PICK UP AT OUR LOCATION OR DELIVERY

Blue crab rentals is not responsible for any:

Injury to person or damage of property and we will use our own discretion at the time of the event to deem what is safe and what may be a hazard but it’s fully the customers responsibility to ensure our products are being used in a safe matter.

Our delivery is curb to curb only we will do our best to accommodate reasonable setup and placement of item(s) ordered however we will use our discretion at the time of delivery based on conditions, space, potential hazards etc

Deposits: please note deposits are refundable as long as our products are returned the way they were sent out. Such as no damage, missing parts or stolen

For in person rentals/ pick ups we do require a ID/ LICENSE and a contract acknowledging all of the above must be signed as well.

Other fees: delivery rates are based off of how far you are from our location (21076) rates are as low as $40 for a 15 miles radius and then typically $2 a mile there after

If paying in person with a card you may incur a 3% surcharge fee for ALL CARD TRANSACTIONS
